Amplifying Black joy, nurturing leadership skills, and strengthening our political power

The Inland Empire Black Women's Collective (IEBWC) is a community coalition committed to amplifying the voices and power of Black women in the San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. At IEBWC, we're more than just a collective – we're a force for change. Founded in 2021, our mission is clear: to empower Black women and their organizations, strengthen our community, and expand Black consciousness regarding the intersectionality of our lives and work.

What We Do

Collaborate

We curate spaces to hear Black women’s voices, discuss ideas, and prioritize our collective needs.

Learn

We provide tools, and training for the political, economic, and social strategies.

Empower

We develop spaces designed to engage Black women in a self and communal empowerment process.

Advocate

We advocate for changes to remove systemic barriers to accessing justice, liberation and success.

Wellness

We emphasize joy, health and wellness in all of our spaces and in all that we do.

We Want To Hear From YOU!

At IEBWC, we know that being a Black woman or girl comes with its own unique set of challenges. That's why we're on a mission to empower Black women of all ages and across various organizations. But we can't do it alone – we need your voice! Take a moment to fill out one of our surveys below and join the conversation. Let us know what's most important and impacting your life across five key areas: Leadership, Education, Economic Empowerment, Political Engagement, and Health and Wellbeing. Your insights will help us understand what targeted interventions are needed to dismantle the barriers we face as Black women and young girls.
